I lost 33kgs, from 86 to 53kgs, in the span of one year without any pills, surgery or crash dieting. Most importantly I did it without having any regrettable side effects such as stretch marks, loose skin or dark circles. Healthy Lifestyle is the secret of my transformation.


According to W.H.O. more than 1.5 billion adults are over weight worldwide. Imagine if they form a separate country then it'll be the world's most populated country overtaking India and China.

It also states that the majority (63%) of total deaths worldwide occur because of Lifestyle Diseases. In other words, 6 out of 10 people send a warm invitation to death.

The good thing is: Lifestyle Diseases are preventable by adopting a Healthy Lifestyle. This video is made to encourage people to do the same.

Hi Sapna..I'm writing to you with a frustrated mind nd body.I'm 37, a mother of 9 yr old boy.I have a very supportive husband who is a healthfreak.The core problem with my weight gain is my lazyness.till last year i used to visit gym which started even 2 years earlier with a unfruitful result.i have stopped working out and have reached 85kgs.i found your journey very inspiring..i want to kickstart but my laziness is bowling me out every morning
